On set, the challenge was to represent a wide range of roles in just two shooting days, spread across aircrafts, workshops, and specialized facilities. This constraint shaped a highly structured preproduction phase, where every sequence needed to feel both cinematic and grounded in the day-to-day reality of the teams. The documentary approach of the long-form pieces reinforced this intention by giving employees space to share their journey, expertise, and contribution.
In parallel, a series of short-form cinematic content pieces was developed, built around a gradual visual tension before revealing the work environment. This dual-layer structure, combining inspiring storytelling with strong visual impact, allows Bombardier to connect with candidates at different stages of their decision-making process, from initial discovery to deeper consideration.
Studio Kay supported this vision through an agile production approach designed to adapt to operational realities while maintaining strong creative consistency throughout the project. Choices in framing, pacing, and captured moments reflect a modern understanding of employer branding, where transparency and pride in one’s craft play a central role.
