Félix grew up between the rigour of an engineer father and the artistic sensibility of a mother who taught French literature. A childhood spent away from screens shaped a hands-on, instinctive creativity that still informs his practice today. He approaches every project with discipline, while leaving ample room for lightness in the way he collaborates with his teams.
After a single semester of CEGEP, he chose to leave the traditional academic path to devote himself to video full-time. Self-taught, he cut his teeth on independent projects in the skate and snowboard worlds. An accident gradually moved him from the board to the camera: this shift in perspective proved decisive in his desire to tell stories through images. Over the years, this path led him toward advertising, music videos, and branded content, where he now collaborates with major brands.
His approach favours advertising that borrows from the codes of narrative cinema, where aesthetics always serve the story rather than existing for their own sake. He is drawn to characters who are real and imperfect, to authentic locations and everyday environments that reveal an unexpected presence on screen. His visual signature draws on texture, patina, rich colours, and a certain nostalgia.
