Mordu X the Institut de tourisme et d’hôtellerie du Québec
After a first successful collaboration with Mordu for the launch of their website in early 2021, Radio-Canada's culinary destination entrusted Studio Kay with a second mandate: to produce photography for no less than 100 recipes to mark their new collaboration with the ITHQ. The 10-day production was shot on the premises of the famed school.
Developed by the ITHQ chefs, the recipes for Mordu are designed to be easy to execute and accessible to all.
The challenge : to visually translate ITHQ signature fine dining recipes for the every day cook.
To do this, the team set the final dishes against a bright, colourful and multi-textured backdrop. The result makes for an informal, yet intimate setting.
