Video training series
We have recently produced a long-form educational video series with Noel Nathan, created to help ServiceNow professionals strengthen their skills through practical, structured learning. At its core, the project was designed to transform technical expertise into an engaging educational experience that supports career growth within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
The series consists of ten training modules, accompanied by a trailer and introduction video, totaling nearly two hours of content. Offered as a hosted course alongside Noel Nathan’s learning materials, the program was developed to provide professionals with accessible, real-world instruction they can apply directly to their work.
The challenge was not only to deliver information, but to create a learning experience that could sustain engagement across multiple hours of educational content.
To achieve this, Studio Kay worked alongside Noel Nathan to define the creative direction, visual framework, motion design language and overall approach for the series. Every visual element was designed to support comprehension while creating a cohesive viewing experience from one module to the next.
The production was filmed over two days on location, followed by approximately six weeks of post-production. Across ten modules, the team developed a consistent visual system that integrated motion graphics, educational support elements and branded design throughout the curriculum.
Educational content presents a unique production challenge. Unlike traditional advertising or branded storytelling, the objective is to keep viewers engaged while delivering substantial information. The visual approach developed for the series was intended to reinforce key concepts, create rhythm throughout the lessons and support learners as they progress through the material.
Produced in collaboration with Noel Nathan and led by producer Chelsea Moore, the project brought together subject matter expertise, creative direction and production design to create a comprehensive learning experience for the ServiceNow community.
